Spring Break in Idaho

Spring Break! Are there any more exciting two words to the young and the young at heart? I didn't think so. This year, Kristina and her husband took off to Mexico for a week. Our neighbors two houses down are heading to Maui. A bunch of college/high school kids just got back from Southern California. Me? I went to Idaho with my boss last week for an impromptu trip to Rexburg. Maybe I didn't get to have a candlelight dinner on a private island in Mexico like Kristina did last week, but I got to go to the potato museum in Blackfoot:

And since I'm sure you wanted to see it, here is the Largest Potato Chip in the World! It's a world record holder:Is this the best spring break ever? It just may be.

Hooray for Idaho! Maybe you can take a special trip in September for Spud Day. You can see Miss Russet, get a free baked potato, and eat delicious fair food!
